Order a repeat prescription
If you need to order your prescription you can telephone the surgery, order online or post your re-order form through letterbox on the front door. Please leave 2 working days for prescription to be sent to patients chosen pharmacy.
Pharmacies can order prescriptions via email for patients at the following email address.
